** written before June 2007 ** Josie stood in the doorway as her boyfriend walked up the driveway. She had a large smile on her face and plans for the night. "Hello" she said to Tom as he came up the steps. "Howdy. Say, where is your parent's car?" Tom asked, looking back towards the empty driveway. "Come on in and I'll tell you." she coaxed. They entered the house and strolled into the living room. "Would you like something to drink?" she asked. "Sure, how about some of that tea you make." he replied. "You still haven't said where your parent's car is at." he reminded her as she wandered off to the kitchen. "Oh yeah, I wanted to surprise you. My parents went to visit my sister out of town. They'll be gone until Monday. I have the house to myself all weekend." she said as she came out with a cup of hot tea for him. "Here, have a seat and drink your tea." she said patting her dad's recliner. "Oh dear, what is a college graduate girl like you to do, left all alone?" he joked
